Is the membership plan dental insurance?
No. It's an in-house savings plan between you and Bemis Family Dental. There are no claim forms, deductibles, yearly maximums, or pre-authorizations.
When can I start using my benefits?
Right away. There is no waiting period.
What's included at no extra cost?
Two preventive cleanings a year, two doctor exams a year, one emergency exam a year, full-mouth X-rays, and fluoride.
How much do members save on other treatment?
Members save 20% on fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, partial and full dentures, extractions, and all cosmetic dentistry.
Who is covered by the Dual and Family plans?
The Dual plan covers two people in the same household. The Family plan covers up to six people in the same household, with children under 19. Additional family members are $125 each.
How long does a membership last?
One year from the date you join.
Are 3D X-rays included?
No. Full-mouth X-rays are included, but 3D X-rays are not.
